Press Release on UC’s Founder Receiving an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Political Science On Friday, 16 June 2023, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Founder and Former President of The University of Cambodia (UC), was conferred an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Political Science from Busan University of Foreign Studies in Busan, South Korea. H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, who currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, was recognized for his contribution to Cambodia and ASEAN.
Initiated by UCSF, UCSS and UCCRCY, today’s UC Appreciation Day is all about showing love and appreciation between UC faculty members, staffs, alumni, students and the rest of the UC community. Students wrote messages of appreciation and loving kindness towards UC. The University of Cambodia would like to encourage all members of the UC community to continue to partake in the many activities and festivities during this weeklong celebration of UC 20th anniversary
ភ្នំពេញព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ គណៈគ្រប់គ្រង មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិក សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ទីប្រឹក្សាក្លឹប សហព័ន្ធនិស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា រួមមាន៖ យុវជនកក្រក យុវជនស.ស.យ.ក. សមាជិកសភានិស្សិត ព្រមទាំងនិស្សិត សរុប ៥៤នាក់ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្តចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគឈាម នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិបរិច្ចាគឈាម ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួប ២០ ឆ្នាំនៃការបង្កើតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា និងចែករំលែកក្ដីស្រឡាញ់តាមរយៈការបរិច្ចាគឈាម ដោយទទួលបានឈាម ៤៧ប្លោក បូករួម១១ប្លោក ដែលបានបរិច្ចាគកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ កន្លងមក សរុបបានចំនួន ៥៨ប្លោក។
UC first ever Marathon Relay has concluded! The University of Cambodia would like to extend our gratitude to UC faculty members, Staffs, Alumni, Students and the rest of the UC community for partaking in this momentous event! UC is proud to see such determination and discipline from all of the participating teams. They have persevered through the heat and exhaustion in order to achieve victory! Lastly, UC would like to encourage all UC community members to continue to partake in the week-long activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of UC. Congratulations to the 3 winners!
